※Mutsukari aims to offer personalized cuisine and service to each of our guests. Our hospitality indulges the unique nature of each diner’s request – which may be a customized menu for a special day, specific dietary wish, adaptable portion sizes, and/or taste preferences.

Starting 6/1, we offer the following course options:
Supreme, Recommended, and Mutsukari Vegetable.

It is a eight-course menu utilizing carefully chosen selection of fish, meat, and vegetables handled by worldwide artisans, growers, and our chefs at Mutsukari.
With this menu, we hope to push the envelope of traditional Kaiseki cuisine.

Mutsukari’s biodynamic farm located in Chiba produce some of the more delicate vegetables which are hand-picked and delivered on the same day.
